DDR S (mobile) songs all have doubles step charts, but there are no ratings.

"Rescue Me" has a BPM of 145.01 when 145 is correct (musically, at least).

"Silver Dream" doesn't need 191.99. 192 is fine. The break can then be 1.25s. Then again, "Silver Dream" is also posted under DanceDanceRevolution X3 VS 2ndMIX (AC), which breaks the Z-I-V convention of not repeating songs.

SILVER DREAM's in DDR S has a different EXPERT chart, hence why it is repeated.

Speaking of simfile errors, SILVER DREAM in the DDR S category has the arcades’ EXPERT stepchart rather than the proper in game DDR S’ stepchart. In other words, it's currently a copy of the arcades's stepcharts. (note: DDR S is supposed to have 53 freeze arrows and the arcade is supposed to have 55 freeze arrows; not the other way around like what RemyWiki said.)

I Need You (Insideout Door Mix) is STILL incorrect.... after 6 years, apparently.

I was looking around for it a while ago and found it that way. (I hope that's the right link, I know for a fact that it's the remix of I Need You and not the original...)

Edit: Nevermind, Windows was just being stupid. The SM is correct.

I use a mac, and don't have wordpad or notepad to create a proper .sm file.

When I try to create it on TextEdit (a similar program), it won't let me save it as a .sm.

Is there a program I can download? Any help would be appreciated, I don't want 2 days of work to go kaput.

Why cant you use Stepmania to make the SM file? Stepmania 5 automatically adds one.

I realize I'm being a complete noob, sorry I'm not gifted with technology (or anything else tbh but we can save that therapy session for later).

Do you have Stepmania 5? If not, download it here: http://www.stepmania.com/download/

If you do have it, then go to the folder that you installed it in. Open Stepmania 5 > Songs and make a folder (this will be the name of the category for your simfiles, Ex: "coolpeaches' simfiles" ). Then, inside the folder you just created, make a folder named after the song you are making a stepchart for. You will need to put the audio file of the song in here. All other optional files like graphics and videos go in this folder as well.

So, for example: Stepmania 5 > Songs > coolpeaches' simfiles > Never Gonna Give You Up

Then launch Stepmania 5 and go to EDIT SONGS, and find your song. Then make a new chart for it using 1, 2, 3, 4, to place/remove arrows. Stepmania will automatically create an sm file (and ssc file, but you only need this if your chart has special notes or gimmicks).

Also, not a simfile error, but since the DDR (2014) category is pretty much finished now (I don't think there's anything still missing), you might as well upload that as an official category; it was a pain when I was trying to find it because I didn't realize it counted as a user category.
