I believe on a EM2, it never said D.D.R version anyway, so it isn't a KONMAI.

Well it says it right there on the banner...

Do complete omissions and grammertimes count as a KONMAI?

EuroMIX 2 also has the strange squiggly in HYPNOTIC CRISIS (which looks like the Disney typeface), the AMD MIX is missing from LUV TO ME and AMD SWING MIX is missing from Jam Jam Reggae.

Typos and obvious f*** ups would count as KONMAI, but omissions where we can't tell if it's deliberate or not, no, I'd say they aren't.

Jam Jam Reggae (AMD SWING MIX) on SuperNOVA had no such subtitle even though the other version was on the machine too.

I see, and actually Jam Jam Reggae (AMD) lost the subtitle in EXTREME as well.

Song...7 or 8, White Hot by R.A.S.T., was removed from the Marketplace for unknown reasons. So not really a KONMAI.
