With only around 2 weeks remaining in the Best chart tournament, I thought it would be a decent time to start nominating.

Rules are exact same, just nominations/voting in reverse.

Also, opinions and whatnot, but how is Outer Limits bad? Understepped? Yes. Bad? Not really IIRC.

Well the only songs I really wanted to get in were NGO and Electro Tuned, so I just picked songs I remember not liking for whatever reason.

Can we do licenses too? I meant to put down Hey Soul Sister, but decided not to thinking they were off limits...
