I checked, it's 25ms off.
The whole thing, or specific parts?

It looks like it's not constant.
Some parts are even more off actually.
I can fix it using DDream studio.

The entire simfile feels really late, minus the beginning. It looks like at one point it just does a turn to get really late. AFAIK it is exactly before the main chorus heared at the song preview happens.

Fair enough. I guess it is better off in your hands.

I suppose I managed to fix it. The song has a glitch, it goes to 196 bpm during less than a second.
So I could compensate it, but expect some weird BPM values

The main BPM is 170.1
The problem is the sync, It's new offset is 7.075 which is totally on sync. I'll fix now right after some resteps.
Sync fixed on Sweetheart: updated offset from -5.599 to -5.539

Dreamland, I just spent half an hour making sure everything is on-sync.
Even if you fix the offset (and it wasn't that bad), it won't be well synced. As I said, the mp3 has some kind of glitch. You have to compensate it with an higher BPM in the right section. I use DDream Studio which is a software that allows me to see the waveform of the song and the arrows. I can't go wrong.
Please don't erase what I did

Augh, But I managed to find the correct offset on that simfile though.
I'll put mine in a custom .zip and upload mines with it.

Well, I tried Aki's sync. It works, even if it feels a bit early by the Pre- and Chorus.

I can understand that, because I adjust the offset exactly exactly on the song, so with the potential stepmania lag and input lag, it may feel early.
That's what most keyboard simfilers who use DDream do.
You can adjust the offset if you want to. The BPM data is what is important here

Yeah, the offset, from what I figure, is somewhere between -7.130 and -7.137. 37 is the one I'm using for now.
So, somehow I'm just noticing all these sync problems. Aki, could you look into and help fix Party With Pinkie? The beginning and end are pretty much fine, but from the stop to the "They don't want a party. These ponies want a PARTAY!" sample, the sync becomes jarringly early. I know why, but I fear I have the anti-Midas touch with DDReam all of a sudden, because I can't get it to work right.

It was just the length of the stops (in seconds) that was wrong.
The correct value for both of them is 0.480 seconds
(125 bpm, 2.0833 (125/60) beats per seconds, so a one beat stop is 1/2.0833(0.480)seconds long)
I'm on way stepping doubles. I'm having fun with it and it becomes easier and easier to come with flowing and interesting patterns.
So... I'll continue. I am currently on holiday, so I can resaonably step 2 files per day.
At the moment, I won't make the charts, because Double mode is hard enough, and I doubt many people will be interested by those charts anyway.
I have some trouble with the ratings, though. When I play official files, there are impossible 12s and easy 14s. I can't figure on what the ratings are based. The patterns don't seem to matter that much, looks like it's BPM/NPS based
140 BPM with crazy 8th crossovers and jumps from one pad to another --> 10
200 BPM with flowing 8th streams --> 12
PS : I'll probably add the lyrics to the show songs, like I did for Smile Smile Smile and Winter Wrap Up

Most of you touched on what I was going to say already, but I have one more thing to add:
The 48th bursts in Pinkie Pie theme are a bit too fast for any person to combo through consistently - I'd change them to 24th bursts like in (and maybe change the bursts in hard to 16ths). That being said, it's certainly a 19.

Agreed. After listening to it again, 24ths might fit more. A error on my end.

Errrm... I played a few more songs.
I noticed that Ponyville is offsync.
I fixed it on my side, let me know if you want a fixed .sm
Also, I really hate criticizing simfiles, but...
I think Ponyville's chart is not good. Not at all.
I'm not here to judge though.

Well! I am trying to keep this simple, not turn that into a bunch of chaos. :/

Yeah, I do conceive that it would make the file much harder. But, the rhythms you used are extremely simple compared to what the music offers.
The chart could definitely be more relevant to the music
