I would make this, but I'm having trouble finding the font. It looks an extremely stretched out Cooper Black, but I'm not sure.
(I would have to remake this, because the artist is on the side of cover :/)

I resized to 256x256, then copied the image, resized to 256x80, and pasted the 256x256 album art and moved it around.

Dan is working on backgrounds for KOs/etc.
I think there should be a generic BG used for all the licensed tracks.

In the DDR I simfiles, all the licenses just use a generic background.
I think it's the best thing to do because resizes of the album art would look bad.

Not if you get other offical album art at a higher resolution. Just use Google Image search, hover over it and click "more sizes".
