I have CANDY ☆ as a 12. The steps actually flow amazingly and the high jump count isn't that rough.

250BPM is a hard 14 I feel. If there were more 16ths in the slow parts, I'd give a 15.

I actually had no idea. Funny you mention that song though, which wasn't given a separate rating on DDR S.

I'd give it an 11. The chart starts out quite hard but just completely falls apart in the second half.
