Is it has any possibility to make DDR Hottest party 3 using some complements from DDR X2 Ac from Stepmania AMX (taking permission from the author)
I can extract some pictures and MP3 from DDR hottest Party.
Opinions.

If you want Takuya to get pissed off at you, then go ahead.

Is it that every theme has to be created by takuya? There other authors who can create this theme.

The one responsible for the AMX theme isn't Takuya, though, is it?
And if it isn't then you'd probably risk pissing off the person whose theme it is.

My point is to make a theme or modify the theme DDR X2 AC asking permission to Takuya .
I think we should help with some additions to make the Takuya's work easier.

Are you trying to create a faithful reproduction of HOTTEST PARTY 3 using the parts it has in common with the X2 arcade? Why not just rip everything from HOTTEST PARTY 3 and call the theme your own?
Or do you want a hybrid theme that has elements from both games?

Because I will need help to make this theme; for example, I don't have experience to use photochop but I extract some HP sounds

Takuya didn't make the X2 AC theme, 7121DSP did, but he based it off of sillybear's X2 CS theme, which was based off of Takuya's X theme. After finding this out, Takuya said he would allow 7121DSP to continue developing the X2 AC theme because 7121DSP didn't know. I'm pretty sure he said that no one would be allowed to create a theme based on the X theme (excluding the X2 AC theme, of course).
It would probably be better to start from scratch on SSC/SM5.
