[WIP] new DDR theme and mix

has anyone got a good name for a new DDR mix that is kind of similar to DDR X2 (but pls dont sugest DDR X3)

the new theme is an extreme mod of SN2 and looks completely diffrent and has a banner wheel and everything ^^ for SM AMX tho
