Wow, I never thought I'd hear Culture Club described as mediocre.

Speak for yourself, this pack is amazing. I'm glad there's a good variety of music styles available.

I like the song selection. In fact, I love these 80s packs. I just wish they'd go back to singles as well as packs. $4 is a bit asking to me, perhaps wrongly, but I like cherry picking.

I also don't do to well in this game's free content, so I worry that tossing my money at these may be a bad idea if I can't play them or at least enjoy them.

IMO, jukebeat's free songs are above average difficulty for their ratings. Don't feel bad about that. You get a lot more variety as far as difficulty goes once you start buying content.

Something tells me by time jubeat saucer is released in Japan, Jukebeat will get copious songs in Future KONAMI Music Packs. I really want to play アルストロメリア.

Yay...a new copious pack was released!!

Jubeat copious seems to be running out of excuses to release songs like red goose,heavenly moon and devil fish dumplings.It should be soon XD

Requesting screenshots of jukebeat 2.8.0 on "the new iPad"

I see the dots on the bottom representing pages have been replaced by "1/6" with arrow buttons on the left and right.. not sure if I like that change.

When I saw "playlists", I was thinking of customizable nonstop courses. This is more of a group sorting feature, so it can be pretty useful.

And... still no knit theme. Boohoo.

They have fixed the AZaz sorting now, it is case insensitive.

Basically, besides the aforementioned playlists and change to the page indicator, the only real update is the song images are now rendered at the highest resolution the device allows in the song select screen. The downside is that the animation when choosing a song is now choppier than it was before, but this is of no consequence of course. The store is also no longer a glitchy mess. Song titles when selecting a song, and all in-game graphics including song image resolution, remain the way they were before.

The playlist default selections are all songs, and songs not yet played.

Also, the game no longer resets to the title screen when you switch out then back in, like Reflec Beat (which also has an update, by the way).

Finally.

It looks a lot better now, it looked pretty bad on the new iPad without support for the resolution. Especially text.

The text was already rendering at retina resolution prior to the update for me (except in the store). Post-update the game's built-in fonts that weren't rendering at retina still aren't rendering at retina.
