Seriously, those two parts on INSERTiON remix is so frickin hard to do well on. Otherwise it's very easy to MA on. I got 17 or 19 perfects with some greats before.

Funnily, both has 29 perfects.

@Lucie: You might have an easier time getting AAA's if you turn on Marvelous timing in DDR II.

why? O_o
Full Perfect combo is FPC, I don`t need Marvelous timing for that....
I don`t count AAA`s with greats (like you can get them in Supernova2 and newer versions) anyway. O
Oh and it wasn`t my wii, I don`t have one and never will. So I don`t know if I`ll ever get the chance to play that version again^^ (I think I will, but no idea when...)

The reason it's easier to get AAA's with Marvelous timing on is because you can tell when you're exactly on beat. If you started to get Perfects, you know you're drifting off sync and can adjust accordingly.

Ah... mmh.. but drifting away from Marvelous to Perfect doesn`t really help me cause I don`t know if I`m top late or early.
That`s why I love ITG: I`m getting a lot of -excellent but sometimes excellent- or even -great or great- ...it shows you if you`re late or early.. I`m usually early...

The early/late feature is in DDR now (started in X2), by the way, but you do have to use the eAmuse member's site to get it/set it.

Couple random accomplishments, nothing too amazing:

1g on only my railgun ESP (this made me very sad)
9g on ANGELUS ESP (this made me very happy)
890K on deltaMAX EDP
646K failing score on Vdim CDP. If I hadn't choked at the last speedup I would have had it It's definitely gonna be my first "19".

If you can get a better feel of the beat, you don't need the game to tell you if you're early or late.

@Telperion : 9p on Angelus is sweet. I'm pretty sure i have double digit great on it (12 ? Can't check i'm on little phone).

Also that's funny, i agree with Lucie about the "it doesn't helps me because i don't know if i'm late or early" but i agree too with the other that says "marvelous timing help a bit for pfc".
Imo Lucie you should turn this thing on and see how much perfects you get when you get a PFC ;)

I played some ddr 2 weeks ago (2 month without touching a pad). That was kind of disapointing :/
I'm sure i had more fun on an old extreme cab fron 2002...
I'll post scores later, no new AAA, no new impresives scores but you might laugh a bit ahah.

The only version I have that includes Marvelous is SN2. in SN2 I don`t need to turn it on cause it can`t be turned off.
In all other versions I have there is no Marvelous timing, so I can`t turn on anything :p

I`d maybe get a PS2 but I don`t even want the other PS2 versions...the only one I`d like to have is that new wii release....
But I won`t buy a wii just cause of a few songs. haha whatever.
I`m still mostly an ITG player

After I played DDR for whole weekend I don`t feel like playing it for a while...I miss ITG toooo much (can`t wait till I move into my new apartment...4 days left to wait!)

Went to play some X3 again today. I decided to have a Boss Rush round (even though I'm horrible at them) and I ended up getting this.



Even though there is plenty to improve on, it's a start I guess. At least I was pretty surprised that my feet could even keep up with the song. I applaud those who can even AA this song, but then again people do that without even trying. Not too proud of my great count either.

INSERTiON was a week before the others. I really pushed myself into getting it.
Previously PFCed Feelings Won't Fade (Extend Trance Mix) with an N.G., with the same perfect count.
TEARS was a bit of surprise. Got blackflag, then PFCed it in a few tries.
stoic (EXTREME version) was a lucky one. Got it in a singke try, after studying the stop on SM.
I've been trying to get U Can't Touch This and スキ☆メロ for quite a long time.
Got a better MA on Flight of the Phoenix before. 22p or something and a great.

Also, I got 4g on ANGELUS, 2g on Electro Tuned (The SubS mix), and flagged END OF THE CENTURY, twice.
