Kinokuniya Bookstores in San Francisco, though I took the only copy on the shelf, sorry. I don't know if they restock, but from my memory, I think they also have some GuitarFreaks soundtracks too.

There's only one store around here remotely close to be in the business of selling imported soundtracks, but they don't ever have anything like bemani OSTs there.
