Let’s worry about DJ Hero 1 before we worry about screwing up the next one. MMM? Maybe Activision realizes that this big sell in rhythm games will not last forever, so they are milking it for all it’s worth.

Now I do not doubt that there will not be a DJ Hero 2. I can’t see Activision or any company to release a 100$ controller just to work on one game.

Why must Activision milk their music series for whatever it has? I mean they don't even know if the first one will do well. What we need is for Konami to rival DJ Hero and bring Beatmania back for Round 2 Doubt that will happen If they did, X-Play would probably call it a DJ Hero rip off

Yup, DJ Hero 2 to come out sometime 2010, and since it is already 2010 i can bet that it will be released sometime late 2010 (October/November 2010 release date...IMO)

There is a FREE DLC right now until June 14th, exclusively on DJ Hero 2, this is Lady GaGa's "Just Dance" VS. Deadmau5's "Ghosts N; Stuff".

PSN hasn't updated their store yet, but it will more than likely have this DLC up, not sure about Wii, but as for Xbox 360 it is available NOW.

E3 will probably give us a teaser trailer or a more in-depth look into the game...

...i am thrilled about the new artists coming along, but i am REALLY interested in the new "Empire" career mode and the new multiplayer modes which have EXCLUSIVE DJ mixes set only for the game and ONLY(?) for that one mode...

...definitely getting the bundled game + controller, i already have the DJH1 controller and it is 100% compatible with DJH2 from what i've read, so i'll just get this bundle...

...instead of the "Party Bundle" which is the game + 2 turntables + a mic...wonder how much THAT will run for release day

I'd say at least $160, though knowing Activision, they'll charge at least $200.

Exor, if it WAS $160, i would get it, but remember the Renegade Edition? Yeah, that's where i am basing it off of, HIGHLY doubt all that stuff will run below $200, hell i can't even see it under $230 even!

I'm actually basing it off the regular edition, assuming the turntables in the party bundle are the regular ones instead of the one in the Renegade Edition, and the microphone is the same one as the Guitar Hero band bundle. If Activision were smart (at this moment they're on my s*** list), they'd put the price point at $150-$180 for the party bundle, $100 for the solo bundle.

I can't remember when it came out, but I bought it for £10 a few days ago. It flopped harder and crashed in price quicker than Beatmania European Edit.

It's a really good game, though. Maybe this time they'll put more than 3 pieces of dance music into their 90-song setlist?

It was fun when I played it near the launch day. Night before Halloween, in a group of people dressed as Ghetto Darth Vader.
