A good rule of thumb is to understand the process that goes with making them. First they have to figure out how to get the images and audio off the XBOX 360, because this is the first DDR game for this system it's likely going to take more effort than previous XBOX and PStwo games. We don't even know if the people responsible for the simfiles on this site even have access to a 360 or UNIVERSE or either.
I'm sure they'll start making simfiles in due time. So instead of holding your hands out and asking for them perhaps you could offer to help. If you have the game you could start copying the stepcharts by recording yourself playing and making DWI/SM files out of the data or posting the videos online. Or giving simfile relevant details like exact title and artist formatting:

I too am waiting for the simfiles, only cause I don't yet have a copy of the game. Though if we cannot help we can only wait. ^_^

Don't know if you know this, but uh... XBOX 360 games are going to be harder to rip.
You need to detach your xbox 360's drive and then connect it to your computer and hell, you should be asking this on Xbox-scene. Hence your X360 must be modded.
