My thoughts? I'm glad I saw it before it was taken down. 
This sucks for two reasons:
1. It took the monkeys this long to find out about it
2. We could do a better job than those monkeys!!

We should keep a master list of which Bemani songs have resulted in a video removal due to a music rights issue.
As for this specific video, I doubt that gameplay footage should come into question, although the word "demo" may be what attracted them, since they thought you were advertising the music as your own.
