For those that are running any Windows programs, I strongly suggest you take a look to see if you updated the out-of-cycle patch that they released a couple of minutes ago.

Simply put, there are 9 strains that are exploiting this vulnerability and the update takes care of that.
Restart your computer before installing to verify that your machine is bootable. Then be sure to reboot again after installing the patch, so the patched binaries completely replace the vulnerable components.
