Would Anyone Be Willing to help me With Banners and/or BG's?

I want to get into the simfile "business" (lol)
But I seriously have no idea how to create banners or even Backgrounds

So, can anyone help me?

Hah, well, since I lack time and effort, I tend to not produce graphics. However, if I ever seriously start simming again, it's not that hard to hack up some graphics. If you have Photoshop, just head on over to good-tutorials, it's a website, and just learn to make some effects, and then apply liberal text effects, and there you go!

It's a long road of learning, if you don't have Photoshop get the GIMP, it's pretty good, not as versatile but it's free. I know little about it though so I can't really help there. Anyways, I'm a pathetic graphic artist, at best, but you don't need (and won't be able to make) killer graphics for your simfiles, just develop over time, and don't be afraid of people criticizing your work.

Just trying to get you started on the road, I'm sure others will have more helpful tips.

What are the normal sizes of BG's and Banners?

If you want to make banners or/and bgs, I suggest you get Paint.net or GIMP, I recently got Paint.net & it works wonders, I tried out by coloring a few pics plus some stuff for my friends, this is one pic I did. I tried to do some little shadings on this pic

Tempo stops in StepMania?
Use F9 and F10. Or is it F7 and F8? Well, one of those does BPM changes, the other does full stops.

Banners are 256x80 and BG's are 640x480, but you're allowed to deviate from these sizes. If you want high quality graphics, use a higher multiple.

To add to this, those are generally DDR sizes. If you'd like ITG-sized banners, they're about 418x164.
