Just pushed another update that should fix some lingering bugs with the music wheel and groove radar. (group covers now display properly on the music wheel and groove radar colors are fixed)


Incorporating the character system has crossed my mind more than once. Might look into it at some point.

I love this theme, but I can't access the double play with this one. Hopefully you'll update the theme soon so I'll be able to practice double play with my dance pads lol thanks

Using the most recent release, speed mods still don't display right (I'm using 3.75, it says 1.5) and neither do note skins (says Normal Rainbow, I'm using Classic Note).


Also my folder jackets show up on the wheel but not the panel with the folder/song information, except for Ace. The Ace folder has it's jacket show up properly but all the others show the NX fallback jacket. What naming convention do I need to use for my jackets to show up?

I really love this theme!
As a suggestion, I would love to see 2 features, since I would love to use this on my private 3 button style cabinet:

1- 2 players support!
2- Access options by holding start button

Is it that bad? I got them working on the old X3 theme using the files from Encisso’s new starlight patch as a base. The only issue was that I couldn’t get dance stage selection to show properly in player options (the name of the stage overlapped the “dance stage” label on the option screen for some reason) but otherwise it wasn’t that bad and I don’t have a lot of experience theming.

the thing is that the characters refuse to work properly on OF, and if it does, there's always a problem (for example, the "video over stage" setting not working properly). We have tried to help enciso with the testing and all of that but we won't hear back from him.

I would like to see the DDR SuperNOVA 1 theme get support for Enciso’s characters. It does support SNCharacters right now. It may or may not work better than the DDR X2 theme running the characters. But it would be hard to code them for every theme.

The theme is amazing, but I have a problem, the score is displayed incorrectly using outfox.

Just pushed a fix for the score view during gameplay! Big thanks to Curilang and SchneiderAFX!

Will be looking into speed mod issues next.


Was the folder jacket bug still an issue for you on the latest version? If so would you mind sending me a screenshot of what it looks like for you?

Yeah it's the latest version. Here are a couple screen shots. Only Ace shows up properly, the rest don't.

Just a suggestion for the theme. Maybe add customizable judgements fonts and combo numbers. Like make it where you can choose from ddr a, a20, a20 plus and a3 etc. Judgements are cool just very simple. But the design of the theme is really cool where you brought back the song wheel which is cool. My favorite ui system in ddr history the song wheel. 5thMIX to SuperNOVA2

Just tested with the same folder names and jacket.png as the main folder jacket and it's working on my end atleast (using outfox). Is this in itgmania or outfox?


I actually attempted to do this already but couldn't quite get it working- interchangeable judgments and combo numbers from Supernova, A, A20, A3, CyberiaStyle, etc. I may come back to this if I can find the time!

I’ll try it in the morning with them renamed jacket.png. Right now the jacket names match the folder name since that’s what the X3 theme I sometimes use looks for. And this is on ITGmania.
