How has nobody made a thread about this game yet?
The only proper one I could find was a thread from 2008 asking if anyone had ever heard of the game.
It's a 5-panel game made by Korean company NGG Entertainment, with 2 sensors that you need to move your hands over to hit certain notes. Kinda like Pump it Up, but with sensors.
I could find very little info about the game. The best I could find was a page on MusicGames.cz which includes pictures of the cabinet, the pad, song selection screen and gameplay. The 2 YouTube videos linked on the page are unfortunately gone since the account that uploaded both of them was suspended.
Although we have about 40 minutes of other archived footage, as shown here. Most of it is so low quality that I feel like I'm watching them with a Game Boy, probably because they were either recorded with the shittiest point-and-shoot camera imaginable, or with a flip phone from the year 50 B.C.
Not all hope is lost for 3DDX though! Although the original franchise is dead since NGG went bankrupt shortly after the games release, Chinese company EZ2Dance (not to be confused with EZ2Dancer, another obscure rhythm game made by a company called AmuseWorld (which is now bankrupt, shocker)) revived the franchise. It lives in China now.
Apparently, it has about 380 songs, most of them in English, and is very rare to find outside China. AFAIK, the only machine outside of China is located in Tilt Studio, Tempe, AZ. Also, I'm unsure if the game is called Dance Master Super Station 3DDX, E5 Dance Super Station, or 4DDX.
If you guys have any more info about this game, let me know!

There use to be one near me, it had a few SAIFAM records from what I remember (what some dancemania speed tracks are from)
