I'm nore sure if this topics belongs here, but if it doesn't, then I'm sorry.
I need to know how can I extract some files from a PSX game. I want to try to make a Noteskin based off the DDR Solo notes (I know there is one but from what I can tell the arrows animations are missing some frames and it looks a bit wonky compared to how they look like in DDR and also try to make a Note version since I believe no one has made one before).
