Edit: crap man! I somehow lost my simfile folder for the Wii songs! No biggie. I'll see what I can do over Spring Break.

Yea, even though we just had the logos changed from the US version, I'm quite happy with the game overall.

Though on Monday, I shall be e-mailing KONAMI why it says there's over 50 songs and an edit mode on their site even though there isn't.

EU and US ver always have the same stuff but the license. If this have the same song list... why didnt konami just released them both at the same time?

I can't wait til JP ver comes out. I'm going to play it on my US wii console.

Also yes, this seemingly important 6 months to localise Dancing Stage Hottest Party for Europe, rather like those 8 months we waited for Elite Beat Agents to be localised with exactly the same songs, story, graphics and err... everything really.

I told you not to get hopeful for that Edit Mode. It was probably just rehashed early DDR Hottest party screens because they were too lazy to take any authentic ones. I'd also imagine that on the site there is a disclaimer somewhere that states something like these screenshots and information are only for display purposes and may not necessarily reflect the final game.

I can understand them having to translate the English into several different languages and to be fair I don't know what that entails but these are music and rhythm games, not Final Fantasy, so how hard can it really be? Most of the same language is used from game to game and it can hardly be rocket science for a multi million dollar company who can hire decent translators. By the way I couldn't believe that Final Fantasy XII (my first go at the series) was translated into perfect British English while Konami still can't grasp simple English, I mean lighting, All Musics?

KONAMI likes to spell DDR on their sites as DanceDanceRevolution from SuperNOVA onwards and it just stuck. What was funny is that Dancing Stage Hottest Party was spelt "DancingStage HOTTEST PARTY" on the case and that's never been done before.

And there are screenshots of EDIT MODE? Where? They mention EDIT MODE and over 50 songs in their product description and since all other online retailers just steal that description, they've caused massive false advertising.

Yep Free Loader is out. However, it dont work if you update your wii. Since Nintendo made an update that allow you NOT to play import games on the wii console.
