What about DDL? Like, upload them to your site and/or the popular Rapidshare, Megaupload, etc.

I'm sure that the real problem is distributing the game file itself.

It's always a part of the rules, isn't it. It's pretty much the butter of the bread (and that's not a joke).

"ARR JOO LEADY??" |
So does anybody find this game more or less enjoyable than it's USA counterpart?
I mean, usually there's a big buzzy-consensus that the JP counterpart is "far superior," like with SuperNOVA 2. And having a blistering amount of PARANOiA and TRIP MACHINE (and such boss song) stages might play a factor in that, here. But with X, it's been kind of neutral-sounding... maybe in comparison with the SN2 revivals of the USA version? Besides the fact that we're missing, by the sound of it, less than a dozen songs. (Give or take the still-absent-from-USA PARA -Respect-.)
So of you who play both, which one do you actually enjoy more? The JP one with lots of older revivals, or the USA one with lots of SuperNOVA 2 ones (including both Plutos)?

It's a tough call, not helped by X's rather forgettable song list. While the Japanese version has the best new songs of X we didn't see (A Geisha's Dream and the crossovers) and a slew of hot revivals to add challenge to a rather tame list otherwise, the North American version has HERO (2008 X-edit) and SuperNOVA2 songs, which are generally more challenging and better, musically (ho ho, opinion, obviously, but I'm not alone here). They both have merits, though if you have SuperNOVA2 JP, then X U/C doesn't offer much of interest that isn't trumped by X JP.
I'd say neither is a clear winner over the other, kind of like SuperNOVA (both versions, though radically different, were generally pretty strong at least compared to each other).

So if somebody has, say, the USA DDRX, and JP EXTREME... would there be very much that JP DDRX has to offer that isn't in one or the other of those?
(Besides an unreadable Street Master Mode, and some SMiLE.dk? Though admittedly... PARA -Respect-, the SMM-Specials, and having considerably more songs that work on Lv4 Endless *is* kind of tempting... though I get the feeling most of the crossovers will find their way here in the next USA release or two, anyways.)

The only thing you'll get that you'll never get otherwise are the Japanese licenses. Even Koko Soko might never appear on a U/C game, honestly. Other than that, it's just a question of how long can you wait for A Geisha's Dream and the X Crossovers?
