Quick comments on a few things that stuck out to me:
Get off my lawn - *sigh* I hate to compare this to you-know-what, but that's the vibe that I'm getting from this file right now. The file is a little offsync, the rhythm choices are awful, whole sections of charts are copy/pasted across difficulties, and the chart speaks for itself. It's a shame because I really like this song too.
メルヘンデビュー！ - Very cute and fun song. Too bad the cut doesn't do the song justice, though, or at least I would have cut the song differently (why the fadeout in the middle song like that?). Still a decent job with what you're given, though. Also, I think I just figured out who submitted this song . . . or maybe the clues are a little too obvious?
Nigra Ludia - I'm still not sure what the purpose of those mines are in the chart, but otherwise, I still like all the charts. I still wish the chart had a few more crossovers here and there, though.
One Last Time - Same as Nigra Ludia, except the part where I talk about the chart, of course.

I feel like my file has some big mistake that nobody's talking about... I can affirm that the weird fluctuating BPM is correct. I don't know though, I made sure to PFC before releasing to make sure that the tempo sync was good. If it's because the sync is off, maybe add 0.09 to the general offset? Edit to add reason: I did have to fix the sync early on, and -0.09 was the amount I added.

There was an unnecessary question here. Never mind that.

It was less of a big mistake and more of a bunch of small mistakes that add up. While you've improved greatly on the double-stepping problem (I think I detected one double-step on and that was it) I noticed that there's some "misrhythms" in the file where the steps don't quite match what the song is playing. I took screenshots of a couple of the more noticeable problems I had. Both screenshots are on but the same problems exist on , too.



Halfway through m20, the drums play some 12th notes that completely drown out the very soft vocals that you were stepping. While the first half of this measure still feel okay, the second half doesn't feel right at all. Technically the steps are correct otherwise, it just would have made more sense to have a string of 12ths to go with the drum.



These gallops were pretty arbitrary. I've listened to the song multiple times but I'm pretty sure the sax is only playing quarter notes, not 16th gallops. And on in particular, notice that the first hold doesn't end until the second hold begins, while the other two holds end right where the 16ths are. This was likely an oversight but it's a silly oversight nonetheless.

I really wouldn't feel too bad about Gun's N' Roses, because actually it's a very big step up from Chance It and it's clear you've improved. You're still in a sort of learning phase and that's perfectly okay. Just keep practicing!

Did you remember to change the file names in the .sm, too? That would be a likely reason why it wouldn't play; the .sm was probably still looking for Destroyer.ogg when it should have been looking for [ROUND C] - Destroyer.ogg. (I'll investigate and see if this was the case.)

EDIT: Yep, that's what the problem was. You just forgot to update the .sm with the new file names.
