I heard from DDRUK that the videos are just Bink videos on the disc because the game was programmed in a different way from the other DDR PS2 games (it was technically made by Keen Games).
One time Unknown Gamer uploaded a stepmania video of Cutie Chaser with a dummied out BGA that was supposedly for that song.
The videos were never released (I guess, judging by this thread) despite everyone saying its loads easier than trying to rip DDR 2010 BGAs.

FINALLY!! After some trial and error I finally managed to rip the videos so HERE YOU GO! (I also give a huge thanks to al24k for helping)
