There's already a CDTitle for Dance Maniax from the DDR:UK pack.

Here:

There is an alternate version available in Rainbow colors, and I also found 2ndMIX around.

What other CDTitles from Dance Maniax do you need?

They are already in a folder, just download and unzip. and I think Extreme 2 and Party Collection are in there as well.
