Can someone link me to a good dance mat for home? I already have Stepmania and such set up on my computer, but my dance mat broke and I need a new one. USB mats are preferable, but if it's a must I can purchase a converter.
Ideal price range would be between $50 and $75 CAD. If the dance mat is on the cheaper side of that price range, I'd be more than happy to buy a converter for it.

You won't really be able to find anything great for that price... You might be able to find a Cobalt Flux (one of the best dance pads) but they're nowhere near that cheap. You can always buy a softmat and mod it into a hard one, but that'll take work. There's a thread dedicated to just that topic right here.

Omega GX or ITGXs are really good for the price.

But for that price range practically all pads suck. Just buy the cheapest ones on DDRgame, tape it to a piece of wood, and replace it every few months when it breaks.
