This has potential. The jokes I'm not sure though.

I quite liked the original show, in the rare time I got to see it down the shore before we got cable.
I'll probably forget to watch this, though.

I loved the show, but I don't think this movie will have that same "charm" the show had, y'know?

I just think they need to bring the game show back with a bunch of 30-year olds like me.

The show was good but I'm kinda terrified for this movie (though I don't really care for Nickelodeon anymore so I probably shouldn't be).
Have they revived basically every major Nick game show at this point? Some of them were really poor gimmicks (GUTS family edition, etc) but the game shows will always be fun and unique, and probably cheaper than most of their other shows.

I remember reading some sort of thing that mentioned that the 'temple' itself was actually built with the adult body in mind, hence why the 12 year olds that actually competed on the show had trouble reaching up to assemble the SHRINE OF THE SILVER MONKEY. Personally I think this is good cause to bring that back for adults.

I have to admit, the Shrine of the Silver Monkey joke at the end made me laugh, seeing how many contestants had such a hard time with putting the thing together...
Anyone see this:
I like 1:37, how they took the incident from the episode where they had to find the great seal of Henry VIII's, where the girl was scared so badly by a temple guard that she ran out of the temple (literally, jumped out of the course), and incorporated it into this... giving it a considerably darker twist. XD
