My stepmania prompt such a message "The file Stats.xml is unreasonably large. It won't be loaded." (It's about 10 MB.)
May I ask that is there a way to customize Maximum Stats.xml size to avoid this checking? I want to keep the record and continue playing with the original xml anyway.
By the way, I have tried ProfileCompress=1 to let it be Stats.xml.gz (about 880 KB.) but that doesn't work. Same message prompt out.

The Stats.xml file you're using is from a player profile, not the machine profile, right?

Yes, player profile Stats.xml in \Save\LocalProfiles\00000000.

Looking at the source suggests this filesize check does not occur on the MachineProfile, and thus only occurs on player profiles. I'm not sure there's a solution for you if you need to use a player profile.

Thanks, maybe I will try to compile a customize version to skip this? I think it is the only solution to play with a player profile.

If you are successful in compiling a custom version of SM5 that skips this check, and you find that there aren't problems with it, consider submitting a pull request to StepMania on GitHub.
That filesize check is older than GitHub's history, and I suspect it has been around since the 3.9 days. Maybe it isn't necessary any longer. (Though, having a filesize cap on Stats.xml loaded from USB profiles is probably still a good idea...)
