Whos a better person out of Mario or Sonic

Mario, because he actually has some variety (painter, doctor, plumber, soccer player, tennis player, fighter, list goes on...) and Sonic's only attribute is speed. When you play his games, he just runs around through the stages like a pinball, hopelessly crashing into every enemy because he's too fast.

The storyline is at least varied for both, but Mario has more variety. And Sonic just seems full of himself and stuck-up... I mean, look at the Brawl taunts. Mario grows big, waves his cap, etc., while Sonic whines "You're too slow!", and makes elitist sneering looks.

Sonic the "Dark Knight" doesn't count for variety because it's just dumb. (Notice I also didn't mention Mario being a real typing tutor? That's retarded too.)

Sonic contributes to his community despite being successful. He did have that run in with the law back in college when he was experimenting with coke, but who doesn't at that age?

Mario is known to have domestic violence issues, but underneath he's just a big ol' soft-hearted italian. He takes in battered animals and speaks to inner city youth about the dangers of jumping on top of turtles.

They both have their shortcomings but after all, they're just people (except for Sonic, who is an anthropomorphic imaginary character). Who is the best? Who among us can judge?

Eh, anthro pics of him are usually depicted with fur. Of course he's spikey instead, which probably makes a bit of a difference.
