INFINITAS entry model controller issues

Recently my entry model INFINITAS controller keeps blinking blue, which means a connection error. I've tried disconnecting it, putting it in other USB ports, and restarting my computer to fix it, but nothing works. Anyone get any clue what to do? I spent $300+ on this thing, and these are NOT easy to find on the Internet.
