A category is required, where else are your files gonna go? But since your rating is under 50, you can't have your own. You can do this though:

Alternatively, you could host your files from an outside host like MEGA or Dropbox.
To be honest, it's not that difficult to get 50 points here. Just be somewhat active and don't be a douche.
