No really, if I sent this link for my joke band to Rise Records they would probably sign me. They've signed shit like Breathe Carolina and Attack Attack!, so why wouldn't I get signed?
I remember a time when it took talent to be signed by a record label. It would take hard work and dedication to get signed. But somehow talentless bullshit like this and this always get signed instead of bands with actual talent. I can guarantee you, if i started wearing my hair in a fringe & got blonde highlights, started wearing insane amounts of neon, started wearing skinny jeans, put my voice through a vocoder and played obnoxious dance beats I would get a million MySpace plays and get signed by a record label like Rise Records. But would I actually do that? No, because that would make me a dumb and trendy douchebag. Seriously, why do these trendcore bands who don't write their own music and lip sync live (i'm looking at you, Brokencyde) keep getting famous while talented bands are always left in the dust? It doesn't make any sense...

The only thing Brokencyde is good for is lulz, but even then it gets old fast.
