I think this song really should be a playable song for StepMania. It's so catchy. I'm actually surprised nobody has stepped it yet. It would be 
with the video. I can provide an audio cut if you need it.

It's a relatively new song, so I'd be surprised if someone already stepped it this quickly. Are you requesting just part 1, or the full version? I like the entire song as well and it's very danceable, but "steppable"? Not so much, IMO. I might give this song a try later, but I'm currently busy with the Tournament of Immortals going on right now and with school too. Plus, adding the video to the simfile may be an issue with the animation expo taking down copies on YouTube, after all.
I also recently found and bought the songs online (in high-resolution, no less), so you don't have to worry about giving me any audio cuts unless you want to include the sound effects / actual audio from the video too.

Just part one, and it doesn't need the SFX. Do you think they would take down the simfile if the video was added?

Not sure, but like I said, I don't have time to take any risks at the moment even if I wanted to.
