Securing a release in North America is the latest Hatsune Miku game. Originally revealed last month in Japan as Project DIVA Mega39's, SEGA of America will be localizing the game for the west with the title of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix. Fan-favorites, remixes, and brand new compositions will combine to create a songlist of 101 different tracks for the game. Mega Mix will also include a special Mix Mode, which lets you play songs using the motion controls of the Switch Joy-Cons. The Japanese version is slated for a release on February 13, 2020, while the English translation will follow later that same year.
Game has been released in JP
Menus are in JP for what it seems like for now and you can switch the layout to be Playstation buttons instead of switch buttons.

I bought the Switch game, and aside from missing half the songlist from the arcade original, the 10 new songs, while good, aren't that fun to play honestly. The PS4 versions also have shorter loading times and better graphics. But I do like the feel of the Switch controller more than the Dualshock 4, I'll admit. I'd only get this if you never played the Future Tone PS4 games and just watch for the Switch songs to be added as DLC. It helps the PS4 games are also in the U.S. and Europe, unlike this game.
Though I suppose if you want portable Future Tone, this might be pretty fun on the go.
