Information
Entrance on the ground floor off of Chuo dori, next to the pachinko parlor entrance. Take the escalators up to the 6th & 7th floors through the Don Quijote. Vending machines and restrooms are on the 6th floor, all the games are on the 7th floor. There is a change machine and game card dispenser next to the escalators.The machines are for the most part in excellent condition, most games are also 100 yen per play, even for the newer ones.
The staff is very serious about their "No Photos, No Videos" rule. Signs are clearly marked around the arcade and staff frequently patrols the gaming floor to enforce it. They usually don't say anything if you're just taking a photo of your score, but you should ask permission before filming or photographing the game room.

8 years agoshruThis is the best arcade in Akihabara I think. Generally not super busy and it's relatively quiet and spacious.
10 years agoDevdanBecause people just used 2dera for Japanese arcades. I updated some of these ages ago, but I'm way too lazy to bother doing it again.
10 years agoXeroBeatOnly had time to SDVX when MUSECA loc test was going on many months ago. Don't remember what other machines were there.
Better question, why don't more active users update it from ... tricoro etc.?

13 years agoseishinbyouPhotos/Videos are forbidden in this arcade (more the latter). You can sneak photos of your scores but staff regularly walk around making sure nobody is filming. You may be allowed to film if you get permission from the arcade manager beforehand.
