Information
Golfland USA is Sunnyvale's Golfland location and its first one. It features two golf courses, a restaurant and an arcade. It's not associated with Golfland USA in Owensbro.Location: Near the corner of S. Wolfe Road and El Camino Real. There are entrances from both roads, with a larger parking lot on the S. Wolfe side. Santa Clara VTA lines 22, 26 & 522 Rapid serve this location.
Payment: Arcades use a reloadable card that stores points (game credits) and tickets. Points are worth 20¢, while spending over $20 earns you bonus points. You can also buy a time-play card that allows you to play most games unlimited for a certain amount of time (tickets will be forfeited and games with pink and teal colored card readers will refuse to play). Card values don't carry to other locations. Memberships and season passes allow you to load a game card with 20 points (for basic and silver memberships) or 30 points for Gold and Platinum memberships) once per day at any Golfland location. In some cases, cards from other locations may work if points are loaded from a cashier. Banapassport cards are available at the kiosk at the Wangan Midnight cabs.

15 years agoRTCBBeatmania IIDX Empress - Still uses an old cabinet, but the buttons are well maintained and extremely springy.
DDR SuperNOVA 2 - Again, uses an old cabinet, but both sides work just fine. The pad is NOT fastened down, so it will move during extreme play.
GFDM - The setup is a little weird, as the machines are not next to each other. The guitars are working, but pretty dinged, and the hi-hat on Drummania is busted so you have to hit it with some force to register.
Pop'n Music - Good condition, but the buttons can stick if it's early in the morning, for some odd reason.
