Log in to add your own comments! The machine is back...but the pads are still near unplayable. If you play on the 1P side, you can only hit the upper sensor on the down arrow and the right sensor on the right arrow. Otherwise those two don't register. On the 2P side, the down arrow is sticky and gives lots of pad misses. I hate that no one in this state maintains their machines...
Just made a call and spoke to a manager, the machine is still "not working" according to him. No idea what the problem is. So that leaves the Beau Rivage Casino as the only place in MS with a decent dance machine apart from the PIU Fiesta EX up in Hattiesburg at Gattitown.
Visited tonight and sure enough, the machine was off. I plugged it back in and the screen turned on but remained black even after I came out of my movie. Tried plugging into the other wall outlet with the same result. I don't know if it's permanently disabled or what...
Blah. I guess the only thing that really bothered me was how noisy the pads were...that loud metallic banging every time I jumped. Might check it out tonight though, thanks for the update!
The volume was pretty low, and difficult to hear. I was there to watch a movie with some coworkers and just happened to play a couple of games on the machine.
What the hell?
Thanks for the heads up by the way, I might have to head there tonight. I'm tired of SuperNOVA at the Beau Rivage as well as driving to Hattiesburg for PIU Fiesta EX lol.

Seriously?? I wonder if they fixed up the machine a little bit, I'm excited now (0_0) Were you able to get in fine or were you actually there to see a movie too? Also, how was the volume on the machine?
Played about $5 worth of games yesterday. The right arrow on the 1P pad was either sticking or has a slipped bracket, but otherwise the machine was in good shape. The 2P pad has no problems, as far as I could tell. Wish I lived closer to this machine to play on it more often!
Okay, just visited again tonight. I played on the 2P side this time. The Down arrow gave at least 2 pad misses on most of the songs I played. I was able to get a 95% on several Expert charts regardless. The entire pad also produces a clinky, metallic sound when you perform jumps. I tried pinpointing whether it was a loose screw or bracket but it's actually the metal connector along the side of the pad. It's located in the middle/center at the front of the pad directly next to the connector tube that leads to the machine itself.
Haven't been to this theater in a long time, went last night and suddenly: In The Groove 3!
Visited last night and the price to play Pump It Up Zero machine has been decreased from $1.25 to just $0.50!
Have not visited this location since last year, things may have changed by now.
