Information
Arcade is located at the center of the Santa Monica Pier. It is open year round and has many other attractions including the historic 1922 Carousel and the iconic Ferris Wheel.All games in this arcade use an Intercard game card with dollar amounts stored on them. Certain games, not all, also have bill acceptors installed.
The StepManiaX machine is near the north entrance of the arcade and is open to the public. During winter, the pads become like ice and you may slip and fall. Use caution.

2 years agoS1ckH4ndsOnly a partial list of games; can't confirm all the games along the other half of the arcade due to a run-in with some crazy locals who got in my face and their dog who took a dump all over the floor. That'll be my first and last visit to this place unfortunately.

14 years agoiNEXSERTiONI went back in August and didn't have too many issues with the machines.
DDR USA sucks. Not the machine, but the game.
DDR EX machine has what's like a huge dent in the P2 side on the right and down arrows. Not TOO big of a deal, but it's noticeable.

Just imagine it in the winter when the pads are withstanding the chill factor and act like ice. Now THAT is DDR at its finest.
14 years agoChrisketchum1- I know I don't live in California but I was at Venice Beach for the "American Ninja Warrior 3" competition. I saw 2 machines but I only got to play on the Extreme JP machine.
- I was very depressed on the status of the machine. The lack of respect to the machine plus how caved in the panels were. I failed PSMO somehow...Lots of pad misses. If anything, the P2 side bar isn't wobbly at least...
